View answerIt is my intention to have regulations made before end December 2005 which will transpose Directive 2005/11/EC, amending for the purposes of its adaptation to technical progress, Council Directive 92/23/EC relating to tyres for motor vehicles and their trailers and to their fitting. The directive will allow laboratories of tyre manufacturers to be accepted as approved test laboratories pursuant to framework type approval Directive 70/156/EEC.
