182 Mr. Ferris asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if the Health Service Executive will be instructed to provide persons with the schedule of treatment of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry from their arrival at Cork University Hospital on 5 November 2005; and the reason for the delay in their medical file being forwarded from Kerry General Hospital to Cork. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the parliamentary affairs division of the executive to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
