524 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he had a telephone conversation with a person (details supplied) on 7 November 2005 regarding management fees and affordable housing; the areas of concern and the steps he is going to take to deal with these issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A request from a group of residents, including the person in question, for a meeting with the Minister to discuss certain housing matters, is being considered in my Department and a response will issue as soon as possible.
