View answerI refer to the reply to Question No. 684 of 25 October 2005. The Environmental Protection Agency has published a series of manuals on the preparation, operation and after-care of landfills. These include guidance in regard to site selection and impacts on ground and surface waters. Details may appropriately be sought from the agency.
