159 Mr. Gilmore asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who has been waiting more than 17 weeks for a triple bypass operation at St. James’s Hospital is entitled to the National Treatment Purchase Fund scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
