The person named submitted an application for consideration in respect of the inheritance measure of the single payment scheme. The application has now been processed and the inherited entitlements have been transferred to him. A letter confirming the position issued to the person named on 9 December 2005. Payment in respect of the 2005 single payment scheme will issue to the person named later this week.
