372 Mr. Crowe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1; and if this matter will be investigated. [38718/05]

The person concerned has been granted leave to remain in the State for one year. This decision has been conveyed to him in a letter dated 9 December 2005. Upon receipt of this letter, the person concerned is advised to contact the Garda national immigration bureau, located at 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2, to obtain the appropriate registration.
