478 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his Department has received an application from Wexford County Council for pre-tender approval for a proposed sheltered housing scheme sponsored by an association (details supplied) in County Wexford; when a decision will be made in relation to this application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application for funding under the voluntary housing capital assistance scheme has been received from Wexford County Council, which is responsible for the detailed administration of the scheme in its area, and it is being considered. The council will be advised of the outcome as soon as possible.
