View answerThe availability of services such as chiropody and physiotherapy is a matter for the Health Services Executive having regard to the availability of resources. My Department asked the HSE to respond directly to the Deputy regarding the availability of services of this kind for persons in nursing homes in the north-eastern area who hold a medical card.
