View answerFurther to the previous parliamentary question referred to, the appeals officer of the social welfare appeals office who decided the case was Ms Una Reidy. Also in attendance at the oral hearing in this case were the appellant, his wife, his daughter and a note-taker, Ms Julie Gallagher, staff officer.
