196 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry office will complete the boundary amendment for a person’s land (details supplied) in County Galway and if a new folio will be issued as a matter of priority. [8526/06]
View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application pending with the details supplied by the Deputy at present. If the Deputy can provide me with the date of lodgement and a Land Registry reference number, or folio number, I will make further inquiries on his behalf.
