206 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if arrangements will be made for an application to the Dutch authorities for the extradition here of a person (details supplied) who is a main suspect in the murder of a person and who is currently serving a sentence on drugs charges in Amsterdam. The initiation of an outgoing request for extradition is a matter for the Garda Síochána in consultation with the DPP and neither I as Minister nor my Department have any role in the procedure.
