View answerMy Department has received the correspondence referred to by the Deputy. The primary medical certificate is a requirement of the disabled drivers and disabled passengers (tax concessions) scheme. The Department of Finance has statutory responsibility for this scheme. Accordingly, the correspondence has been forwarded to the Minister for Finance.
