View answerAt present my Department is finalising planning and development regulations to make changes to the planning permission regulations which set out the detailed rules, requirements and procedures for the planning application process. I expect that I will be in a position to begin a review of certain other aspects of the regulations, including certain provisions of the exemption regulations, later this year.
