O’Keeffe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the reason a response has not been received by this Deputy from the parliamentary affairs division of the Health Service Executive, following the response to Question No. 92 of 16 February 2006 that a direct reply would issue; and if her attention has been drawn to the seriously ill condition of the person in question. The Department of Health and Children has been informed by the Health Service Executive that a reply issued to the Deputy about the patient in question on 24 March 2006.
