View answerI received the Inspector's report of the public inquiry in relation to this project on Friday 5 May 2006. In making my decision as to the granting of the Railway Order, I am obliged under Section 43 (1) of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001, to consider the report of the Inquiry as well as the submissions I received in respect of the project, CIE's application for a Railway Order, and the draft Order and documents that accompanied the application. I will make a decision on the matter when I have considered the inspector's report and the other documents mentioned above.
