164 Mr. Neville asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the public physiotherapy rehabilitation services available in a clinical setting in Newcastle West, County Limerick; and if she will request the Health Service Executive to respond to correspondence (details supplied) in relation to same. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.

165 Mr. Bruton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her Department has a protocol for dealing with cases where the assets of a person who is a ward of court become exhausted but the person has continuing need for nursing home care. [18092/06]
