58 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if he has satisfied himself that the differing schemes and funds administered by his Department are effectively targeting his Department’s goal of fostering better regional balance and alleviating disadvantage in view of the publication in 2005 of the Combat Poverty Agency Report on Mapping Poverty in Ireland.
