View answerFollowing a review of this case, it has been determined that the New Entrant measure is more beneficial to the person named. A supplementary payment reflecting this position will issue to the applicant shortly. My Department has no record of receipt of an application form for the National Reserve measure of the single payment scheme from the person named.
