I expect to receive the implementation report in relation to commencing the relevant section of the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act, 2004, relating to the education plan process before 1st October 2006.

I can assure the Deputy that I am anxious to implement all sections of the Act as soon as practicable and I look forward to receiving the views of the National Council for Special Education on this matter.
