Questions (1370)

Olwyn Enright

Question:

1444 Ms Enright asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason school transport on a concessionary only basis has been granted to a family (details supplied) in County Kerry; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that a service road has been used in measuring the distance to the school despite the fact the local authority has classed this road not for full public use; if her further attention has been drawn to the fact that the Gaeltacht school is the nearest to this family; if her further attention has been drawn to the fact that there is no transport available to a school (details supplied); if she will review this position; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
