550 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if there has been progress in concluding the contract for the purchase of a site for a school (details supplied) in County Kildare. [29984/06]

Agreement has been reached subject to contract on the acquisition of a site for a new school in Co. Kildare. Draft contracts have been exchanged but the conveyancing process is delayed by the vendor pending the outcome of a planning application.
