632 Mr. McHugh asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of public nursing home spaces which have been made available and the sites at which they have been made available in Galway County in each of the past ten years; the number of places made available in Galway City over the same period; the number of spaces that it is projected are to be provided in each of the next five years; the number of public nursing home beds in Galway County and City; the number of private nursing home beds in Galway County and City; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, the Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.

633 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied)in County Wexford will be entitled to a refund under the health repayment scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28487/06]

As the Health Service Executive has responsibility for administering the Health Repayment Scheme, enquiries relating to the scheme are referred to the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive. My Department has asked the HSE to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued to the Deputy.
