744 Ms Enright asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress which has been made in relation to a case (details supplied) in County Offaly following a reply of 3 August 2006 from her office; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29428/06]

This matter is being investigated by the Department and as already indicated to the Deputy, this has taken some time because of the historical elements involved. I expect that my Department will contact the Deputy shortly.
