O’Keeffe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his plans to implement the remaining sections of the Children Act 2001; if he will provide a timetable for the coming into force of those sections, including when he envisages that the whole Act will be in force; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
