View answerIn accordance with the Performance Management framework for the Civil Service, business plans are prepared in my Department each year, which translate the goals and objectives set out in the Department's Statement of Strategy into a set of objectives for each business unit. In accordance with the Public Service Management Act 1997, the Department's Statement of Strategy and its Annual Reports (which report progress on the implementation of the objectives set out in the Statement of Strategy) are published, but it has not been the practice to publish business plans.
