69 Mr. Howlin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received a request from a person (details supplied) in County Offaly for the establishment of a tribunal of public inquiry into the death of their son; if he will give consideration to this request in view of the many disquieting aspects of this tragedy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
