341 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will ensure that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 4 who is being funded by the social services, Northern Ireland and the independent living fund, England will be funded in a similar manner by her Department as the person is a resident tax payer here and will be without a job, education and home unless they are granted funding. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
