63 Mr. Penrose asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department has received an application by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in relation to renewal of their residency application; the position of the application as same is required in view of the fact that they have an opportunity of obtaining a job; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application for a permanent residence card as the non-EU family member of an EU citizen has been received in respect of the person concerned. It is expected that a decision on the application will be made within the next few weeks.
