132 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will accept a new application for family reunification in the case of persons (details supplied) in County Dublin in view of the fact that their sons have already been awarded residency status and having particular regard to the persons good standing in the local community and local school; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand from the Immigration Division of my Department that it is open to the person in question to make a new Family Reunification application in respect of the above named family members.
