View answerOfficials in the Citizenship section of my Department recently wrote to the solicitors representing the person concerned to request observations on a number of issues relevant to his claim for post-nuptial citizenship. Once such observations are to hand, I will be in a position to make a decision on the matter. The Deputy will be notified of the outcome.
