530 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources his intentions regarding the raising of the trawler, Père Charles; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10075/07]

Responsibility for maritime safety issues, including search and rescue and salvage responses in the marine environment rests with my colleague the Minister for Transport. As such, any questions relating to the raising of the fishing vessel Père Charles are a matter for the Minister for Transport.
