View answerThis Project is currently at an early stage of architectural planning. A stage 3 (Developed Sketch Scheme) review meeting was held recently in the Department. Following this meeting additional information was requested from the Design Team. When a response to this has been received, officials in the Department will evaluate the documentation. It is envisaged that unless there are very exceptional circumstances involved, the project will to progress to the next stages of architectural planning. This project was included in my announcement of 25 April 2006 to progress to Tender and Construction.
