View answerThe position is that the person concerned made an application for Subsidiary Protection under the European Communities (Eligibility for Protection) Regulations, 2006 (Statutory Instrument No. 518 of 2006) on 10 January 2007. Receipt of this application was acknowledged on 22 January, 2007.
The application for Subsidiary Protection from the person concerned will be considered by my Department and a decision will issue in due course.
