520 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the investigation into allegations by a person (details supplied) of mistreatment by Wexford Gardaí, which was assigned to the Chief Superintendent, Cavan/Monaghan Garda division, has been completed; and if the report of this investigation will be made available to the complainant or their solicitors. I am informed by the Garda authorities that an investigation file has been submitted to the Law Officers in this case. It would therefore in the circumstances be inappropriate for me to comment further at this time.
