View answerThe Commission for Taxi Regulation has made a submission to me recommending that access to bus lanes be permitted in respect of all classes of small public service vehicles. The Submission is being examined in my Department in consultation with some key agencies including the Garda Síochána. I will make a determination on the matter in due course.
