735 Deputy Phil Hogan asked the Minister for Education and Science if all inquires have been completed in respect of a school (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, which have been ongoing for almost seven years; the timescale for the conclusion of all matters relating to the inquiry in the interest of the school and pupils; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I established a inquiry in February 2006. The inquiry officer has indicated to my Department that he expects to be in a position to complete his inquiry and to submit a report before the end of this year.
