558 Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the level of capital provision for each year since 2000 to date in 2007 and the percentage of that money drawn down in each year for the construction or purchase of local authority stock; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
