74 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Transport the position regarding discussions between his Department, the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the Courts Service on reforming the present mechanism for the collection of fines for motoring offences; the time-frame for the introduction of such legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
