376 Deputy Enda Kenny asked the Minister for Transport if he will ensure that the extension of the Luas service to west Dublin is accompanied by the provision of park and ride facilities to maximise the incentive for people to utilise public transport; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is proposed that the Luas toCitywest will have a park and ride facility adjacent to the stop at Cheeverstown. It is intended that this park and ride facility will accommodate some 300 cars.
