508 Deputy John Curran asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of fixed charge penalty notices issued for breaches of the three tonne restriction on Kennelsfort Road, Palmerstown, Dublin 20 for the periods 3 April 2006 to 31 December 2006 and 1 January 2007 to date in 2007.
