View answerThe final details of the Bill are being addressed at present. The Minister proposes to publish the Bill as soon as possible, following Government approval. Details of the scheme have been in the public domain since the Minister announced it in December 2006 and there has been consultation and meetings with stakeholders arising from commitments under Towards 2016. The Department will be conferring again with the Social Partners following publication of the Bill.
