217 Deputy Olwyn Enright asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will provide a breakdown of the payments made under subheading II F1 Payments in respect of disablement caused by thalidomide, to include the number of people paid, and the amount paid to each person, excluding their names; and if she will make a statement on the matter. There are a total of thirty-one people in receipt of the Thalidomide Allowance receiving tax free payments ranging from €5,977.80 to €12,888.21 per annum.
