View answerI refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question number 95 on the 13th May 2008. Work on the Scheme of a Bill to amend the Heritage Fund Act, 2001 is well advanced in my Department. In accordance with normal procedure in relation to legislation, I intend to seek Cabinet approval for the formal drafting of the Bill in early course.
