517 Deputy Michael D’Arcy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made on an application for a residency stamp 4 in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and the expected period of time it will take to complete the processing of same. View answerI am advised by officials in the Long Term Residency Section of my Department that a Long Term Residency application from the person referred to by the Deputy was received in February 2007.
I understand that applications received in September 2006 are currently being dealt with. As soon as a decision is made on the case, the person concerned will be notified.
