95 Deputy Arthur Morgan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government his plans to introduce an implementation plan outlining funding commitments and roll-out targets as an appendix to the new housing strategy; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that his predecessor gave a commitment to doing so; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The new homeless strategy will incorporate both national and local actions to underpin the achievement of its strategic aims. It is also intended that an implementation plan will be finalised following the publication of the strategy.
