432 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the progress made in relation to the Programme for Government proposal to expand the rural social scheme to provide additional income for farmers and fishermen by increasing the number of places available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
