73 Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Finance the details of seizures of marked diesel for the past three years, analysed by county, quantity, and value; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29000/08]
View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a breakdown of marked diesel seizures by county is not available at present as administrative records are maintained on a regional basis only. Details of seizures of mineral oils by type and value (where appropriate) and region during the period 1 January 2005 to 30 June 2008 are as follows:
