View answerI am pleased to advise the Deputy that the first person concerned has been granted temporary permission to remain in the State until 9 July 2011. The second person concerned has been invited to make representations under Section 3 of the Immigration Act 1999 setting out reasons as to why she should be allowed to remain temporarily in the State. The representations received are currently being considered and the person will be advised of the outcome shortly.
