The implementation of the recommendations of the Second Report of the Public Service Benchmarking Body is the subject of current discussions between the social partners at national level in the context of the successor to the public service pay element of Towards 2016. The issue of the application of the award to retired Principals and Deputy Principals will be addressed following the conclusion of those discussions.
